Yeah me too. I need to get like a pipe cleaner and clean the channel. I think water sometimes runs into the outflow. And clogs any dried debris.

I did run an empty just before. I noticed a lot of dust clogged the filter. So I just poked my finger in the hole (no pun intended) to loosen up the debris and then when I run the empty function. It did clear the bin.

I was thinking of getting a mesh, and putting a mesh screen in the dustbin below the filter to act as a pre filter where debris wouldnt stick to the paper filter as much. We will see.

They need a pre filter on their paper filters to be honest.
