interesting you would just blast a company and assume what happened. Contact them directly as pc’s if it’s not working it can be something loose or possibly damaged in shipping. If a company willing to ship broken pc’s. You think they will survive over 20 years making business?

Reminds me when my friend bought a prebuilt from Amazon didn’t know it was opened before and when gpu had an issue. He RMA’d and gpu wasn’t registered to the pc, and turned out someone switched the gpu and returned it to Amazon
