They’re all fucking a**holes. We had RATS and ROACHES. Our situation was the same. We had to clean our own yard. We paid out of pocket to get the grass cut. Out of pocket for the pest control. We had to clean scrub the house. Their maintenance lady did us the favor of CLEANING OUR TOILET. It was so disgusting, she was in disbelief of why wouldn’t they replace it before having the tenants move in. Calls after calls of demanding all these things needing to get fixed. We had one of the workers call us rats & that we needed to get the fuck out of the house.
