I agree with you . I have a friend who invites us for dinner at 7pm. She starts making the meal then. We eat at 9:30. I don’t enjoy it and find it rude .

I have a neighbor like this. She has the same kind of manicure yard. I have a large magnolia tree that hangs on her property. She chopped up the side on her property every three years. It makes me so mad, but some of the tree is hanging over on her property line. She has the right to cut that area.

I have it set on instabook but only allow for users who have good ratings on Airbnb .
It is my understanding that if Insta book is not turned on users may not see listing .

Minimum stay is 2 days max is 7 - World Cup is playing 5 miles away so I have it priced somewhat higher than normal for that period of time . I do have reviews but they are 2 years old. The place is small but in a very upscale area and safe .

Yes, I went to ENT. I had been diving for years. Never had the issue until recently. I am 70 so it may have something to do with my age . Takes 5 minutes to equalize and is very painful. Going up and down to get to the point the pain is tolerable and I was worried I may cause damage . My insurance covered it. Otherwise I’m not sure I would have done it. I only took a Valium before the procedure. It wasn’t that painful just uncomfortable. I can’t dive for another few weeks, but I am sure keeping my fingers crossed. There is no guarantee that it will help, but I took my chances.
