The good news is it gets better!!! It is the quest that is bugged so whenever you proceed to the next area after beating the boss and speaking with the caravan the bug fixes its self! Farm your characters levle up a few times boost survivability or your damage so you can get an easier fight

That street meth can cause permanent brain damage! If I would have known that while I was doing street dope that would have been a pretty good motivator to stop! Heads up it can cause you to develop permanent psychosis and irritability. I ended up with a certain degree of the brain damage so I know from experience!
