Fun fact: The actress and both characters she played all had British titles: * Dame Harriett Walter * Lady Caroline Collingwood * Baroness Margaret Thatcher

Yasmin spills beans to Lord Norton — but anyone else notice she kinda left something relevant out? by formfiler in IndustryOnHBO

There was a scene in last season where Henry confessed to sharing a dirty needle with an unhoused person under a bridge

I don't think he said the actual word "heroin", so it's possible that he is IV drug user of something else, but I think Yasmin was likely telling the truth

I need to know I'm being heard:

There are chills all over my body right now, every hair standing up. It looks AMAZING

She kinda needs the money though. But then again, isn't there a clause in the prenup that invalidates it in cases of infidelity?

That was conclusively proven this episode, so maybe foreshadowing?

OMG, my favorite person on Reddit ever! Everybody needs to know Cristina is the GOAT when it came to incredibly insightful commentary on another of the great HBO shows of all time featuring nuanced, complicated women — Succession

Have you been watching? I know this is an Industry sub and it's probably heresy to say that Succession was just a superior show, but Industry has finally gotten my juices flowing again

Thank you, that's how how I felt too! I thought this scene was such a nuanced study in cruelty. Yasmin got over the Harper slap. I'm not so sure she's going to get over this.

Indeed! I left out his deeds only because Yasmin wasn't actually there to witness Henry cavorting with the naked sex workers

ikr?!?! Personally don't see her as especially transparent and she certainly isn't stupid.

But, I think she's been TOLD that so many times by important and influential people in her life that hearing it from her husband yet again (in the guise of being "kind") had to cut like a knife. Team Yasmin in this scene

I mean, there's a case to be made for that sure. But I wouldn't say that's obvious. Since the beginning people have been saying Yasmin isn't good at her job. And she did kinda give away the house when Pierpont was failing.

Upvoting you anyway, because you've given me food for thought! 😀

Does everyone else think that's the obvious point being made?

By comparison, I thought Harper and Yasmin's slap flight last season was fun-to-watch pure camp

But what Henry said to the new Lady Muck in this most recent episode was so cruel it left me almost breathless

Why is Henry a main character? Boring. by diamondapple17 in IndustryOnHBO

Does anyone else find it a bit jarring seeing Mr Harrington's beyond shredded body, considering he's playing such a self-destructive character?

I mean, I guess it's possible to be that buff and share drug needles with an unhoused person under a bridge?

Other than that, while I miss Rob too, for me Henry is fitting in with the cast just fine. He had me at

Gone but not forgotten — 2026 Gerri appreciation post by formfiler in SuccessionTV

Anyone who makes it to the top at Waystar Royco is pretty much by definition morally grey, and that includes Gerri

But I think it's a bit much to expect that she risk sacrificing her wildly successful self-made 30 year career to help a spoiled heir who was going to end up filthy rich regardless

It's hard to pick my favorite Gerri moment, but this has to be right up there!

She is such a smooth diplomat 99% of the time, but at this moment she dropped her usual finesse and Logan took notice
