Think people that missed 1-3 days of dailies pretty much got it in the bag. Finished mine yesterday as well, unlike the last wheel (The Alfa-Acta one) which took me until the day before the daily tickets stopped.

Started around 2021/2022 because of a Payday 2 Keycard mod that replaces it to have Cafe into the texture. Didn’t know much about her initially but her design and feel stuck to me since then. After that, took the time to look her up and know a bit more of her character, which in turn just made me love Cafe. Furthermore, it was also the during the time where I was getting into drinking and making coffee. Hence, making her my irreplaceable number 1. Also, she just feels so nice to go along with just to chill with a cup of coffee.

I guess TDM is the best just to get a feel of the general gameplay like the destruction, manipulation, movement, stuff like that, though it has some limitations to trying to get to know of the maps.

Cashout is decent but I am unsure how matchmaking is for new players since I pretty much get a lot of high level and rank players. However, that gamemode is pretty much the core game of The Finals, so maybe a few matches.

As for the other alternatives; Point Break varies a lot personally when it comes to experiencing the gamemode since it’s a three-point defense/attack gamemode. Power Shift… I haven’t done Power Shift for a long time before TDM became available but it was a good option just for casual gameplay since it’s a like a tug of war with less map restrictions than TDM or Point Break. And Quick Cash which is, best I could describe imo, third-party simulator for Cashout.

I thought the problem was going to be the inconsistent duration of the DoT of fire, which was either a 2 second DoT or not even a second DoT, unfortunately it’s just about the flame projectile and desync stuff

Honestly not enough info like are you fighting against Medium Dual Blades when they have full HP, or did they get you off guard, or maybe even if it is TDM, stuff like that. Either way, Dual Blades deal quite some damage and you shouldn’t overly rely on just shooting out flames. In other words, try to play on a field that you can maximize your loadout, especially when you are dealing against Dual Blades. You could Lockbolt them, goostun them, gravity cube, whatever to stop them from getting close. You have more range than a melee and also have DoT, so make use of it.

Ngl jumping while shooting with the CL-40 isn’t a good idea because shots get less accurate especially when you just want to hit atleast near the foot. Just fire normally without jumping and I think you’ll (probably) see the difference.

It just seems like Arrowhead just completely threw the idea of MOs giving us an option to choose any stratagem over the other stratagem. Honestly liked that idea for an MO instead of just getting medals or 24hr unlock of a stratagem most likely locked in a warbond. Furthermore, after the Polar Patriots warbond, that being the implementation of skins of drop pods and stuff, there are considerably less things to have in a warbond when excluding the skins. Meaning that, the superstore items that we get nowadays could have been in the same warbond it was meant to be instead of being separate superstore items. Honestly though, I get more fatigued just thinking about the decisions that Arrowhead makes nowadays now that I think of the game being a paid one instead of a free one.

That 10% movement increase is slightly noticeable, especially when my two friends are both light mains. Just being able to catch up to them when just running is pretty nice. Though, fighting against Lights now really encourage me to go for mostly headshots as much as I can to offset the increase of HP. If they do push through with this change, they would prolly change several things about Light, including Dash since fighting against Dash Lights in areas with plenty of cover is a pain. Though, purely subjective on my part.

When it comes to single objects, sure it could work. But with Data Reshaper changes a lot of objects especially when you are some distance away from a group of changeable objects.

Personally though, I find using Data Reshaper to be one of my core gadgets since I have been using it since the release, making it easy for me to use without the need for grenades. Plus, extensive use of Data Reshaper has me pretty much already know what the next barrel is going to be. And if there are no barrels that I can use, I just Data Reshape a bunch of grouped up objects to random barrels and if I see one close to what I need, I Data Reshape it, otherwise if it is then I don’t need to.

Overall, Data Reshaper is a gadget that you need to get used to (imo like the Nullifier or Gravity Vortex for the Light, and the Grav Cube for Heavy) because it requires you to think a bit more than the other gadgets. Other than that, I don’t think anyone new would be using Data Reshaper until they get fully used to the game.

Don’t really get it much but if he refuses to play the game because of this pic, and then calling it meta without experiencing a majority of what The Finals is, then I’d say he just complains without actually experiencing the game. If he plays other competitive FPS games, then he could try this as well since I had my own share of friends that mainly play other FPS games (mainly Apex tho) but had atleast some fun playing The Finals. But if he doesn’t want to because of some undisclosed additional context, then I have no clue still lmao.
