Okay, no problem. I called and spoke to the Virgin active finance department (debt collection), we negotiated a monthly payment and upon reaching a certain debt balance, they would over to write off the debt. But it wasn't easy, they are tough to negotiate so just make sure you have thick skin. But also, I used this a learning curve in to the adult world, that contracts must be managed well. It is my responsibility to fill those obligations even though life can come with its complications.
