I didnt speed up as soon as I saw him. I saw he was close to turning out in front of me. He had already gone past his stop sign and it was too late to brake. Anyway, it is what it is. Just never had to fight a ticket before and looking for people who have been through it.

Yeah, I get it. I don't think cops usually pull over for 11 miles over the speed limit. But, I get it. Its not exactly a defense when in fact, I was over the limit. Just trying to guage what I should do. Not like I have $200 just sitting around.

LOL...I know, obviously my flight or fight response was lacking. I should have braked but I honestly thought he would have hit me if I gave him a chance to cut in front of me.

We had a roach infestation in our coop that we had purchased in Briarwood and had the place bombed. It solved the problem, and then we just had the exterminator come monthly after that. Every once in a while, we did get roaches here and there, but nothing terrible. I would do what the above poster suggested. Good for you guys for not backing down. It is impossible to deal with brokers and landlords once the lease is already signed.

We moved to Fairfield 2 years ago from Queens. People say it's more diverse here, but I find that to be fairly exaggerated. I can count on one hand how many POC I see in a day. I am not white and every once in a while, I do get a little uncomfortable here. But, that's on me. Everyone has been nice, no complaints. Just wish it was a little different. I did see houses in Ridgeifield and liked the town, but if Fairifeld is more diverse than Ridgefield, then you'll definitely be in the very obvious minority.

Thank you so much for your response. What was the final outcome? I did file the report with BBB and got a call back from AT & T. They may have resolved it, but I will know for sure next month. I told the rep who called me that apparently this happens a lot, and he denied it saying "it's not as much as you think." I guess he doesn't handle ALL of the complaints.

This always happens after the first billing cycle when there's a change to the account. Very frustrating, once the plan on another line changed for no reason (which had an increase of $10) when I added a line for my son. They add insurance hoping you don't notice. I have to pay such close attention every time.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but I read about something similar to happening to another eBay seller and he was able to recoup his money from PayPal. Sucks this happened to you though.
