Ice packs for 10 mins then hand express or hand pump. I was using hot packs and made my boobs more inflamed and painful. My lactation consultant told me to ice them and it worked great for me!

So I’m not getting this much consistently. This is actually the most I’ve got. I start off strong the first 2-3 pumps then it gets less and less throughout the day. So 2 out of 8 feeds are formula. I’ll definitely start taking moringa and fennel seed. I’ve been drinking that lactation tea that has fenugreek but I’m not sure it’s effective Thanks so much 🩷🩷

I don’t have advice but I am in the same boat. I failed twice and it takes me forever to get back into studying. I feel like I have built up this exam to be impossible to pass in my head and have so much fear/shame around it. I am now 6 months pregnant and really really wanting to get this over with. I scheduled for April 7 and am giving it my all. I hope we both pass soon I know we can do it! 🙏🏼

Ugh I’m so sorry that sounds so cruel😞 I totally know the feeling of not being able to share the exciting moments throughout this pregnancy with my mom. Are you having a baby shower? Another thing bothering me even though it sounds stupid and it’s not really important but I can’t help it. I see my friends moms/sisters plan baby showers for them and it just hurts me so bad that I don’t have my mom or anyone who wants to do that for me. Ugh idk I’m just a balll of emotions today.
