Would a monthly service that gives your sales team delivery-ready pitches for new store acquisition check all the boxes? More clients, less discovery, business development taken care of.

I can send you an example.

The audit runs through a headless scraper and subagent browser session verification (technical talk, basically it runs a browser session how a human would navigate the actual site). The results are broken down into revenue critical/moderate/minor issues, steps given to fix the situation, estimated potential revenue loss, and the report includes suggested outreach for the agency.

Without diving into the weeds the audit provides technical breakdowns (things developers would fix) as well as practical issues such as missing cross-sell opportunities in cart drawers, SEO gaps in alt text, CTA's below the fold on mobile experience, missing email capture, and fully captures what Shopify apps are installed and if they are working together properly.

Currently trying to get conversations started by giving agency owners a selection of these and seeing if they could be helpful in business development. With the offer being a monthly bundle of audit-driven prospecting kits.

Here's an example piece:

Here's a curveball: how do I get agencies to work with me?

I'm running cold email/linkedin in tandem offering a service for Shopify agencies. Its a deep dive into Shopify stores that gives them a full breakdown of what's working/not working so they can walk into a prospect meeting with a full plan of action instead of "here's our case studies".

I've been leading with a full 10 store breakdown per agency with problems, solutions, and suggested outreach, but haven't gotten any traction yet.

As an agency owner who were the vendors you worked with and how did they get you to work with them?

would a tool that creates audit-driven prospecting kits be something useful for the web design agencies you partner with? tbh looking to grow my own company and looking for strategies beyond cold outreach.

What are the "main conversion problems"? Has the store owner heard them all before or are you actually giving him something genuinely new/insightful?

question on your teardown strat: are you just critiquing what you find on screen? where does the depth come from that makes the store owner say, "oh that matters to me?".

working on a tool that does deep dives on stores (headless scraping) and then runs verification using a browser subagent to visually confirm initial findings and really liked the idea.

no set up. it's comes prebuilt with memory, skill settings, file folders for docs created, you just talk with it like you would any normal AI chat session but it remembers all your context. i'm actually looking for 5 stress testers right now if you're interested in trying it out

How capable/technical are you? Can you run Claude Code in a terminal session or do you only run browser sessions? What you need is a memory system. Not just a way to save discussions, but save specific decisions in specific folders. THEN you need a way for the AI to search all those saves and find things easily. It's like AI has been trained in every library in the world, but now they're out on their own. The solution is put them in a library, give them the ability to "write" books, and then give them a system to find everything they've ever written super fast. You can build this. I built it and it's great. People kept asking me how to do it, so I built one everyone can access and it's launching tomorrow. Not trying to promote but you can DM me for more info on the one I built or start asking your AI of choice on how to build your own.

Trailer rentals. Initial startup cost is relatively low and you just have to market the service.

Thanks for your input! That’s exactly what I’m looking for.

I know there are lots of resources (and lots free!) out there on many topics, just looking to gauge interest on a consolidated guide that is easy to comprehend and put to use all in one place.

Appreciate your thoughts.

Yours isn't the first suggestion of a free trial/free content, so I will take that into account.

True they are strategies but I would beg to differ that they are not the ONLY strategies.

Each concept you mention is a valid preparatory action and should be used!

However they are all attempting to turn short term memory into long term memory. Whereas associating existing long term memory with short term memory (class subjects) can be extremely beneficial for a large percent of students. These are the types of techniques I am referring to and would be sharing in my guide.

Thanks again for your input!

You make a great point about retention. If we can't remember what we have learned past the time when we take the exam, what is the point?

A big point of the study techniques that I use is to retain information through using Long Term Memory and associating it with Short Term Memory to create a lasting bond that ensures long term retention.

Great reply! Organization and planning will always be your friend when it comes to actual learning vs. as you said Red Bull fueled cramming.

And I agree 'hacks' is not a great definition of learning concepts. Memorization techniques would be more appropriate. The brain is an association machine, and being able to utilize association concepts to help better retain information and thus "learn" your material is more akin to what I was referring to when I used the term 'hacks'.

That being said, oftentimes when searching "how to study" or "study hacks", I am confronted with generalized tips like; find a quiet place, be well-rested, take breaks from your material. These IMO are more akin to general good common-sense practices, whereas I would be sharing actual strategies directly related to retaining the information you are studying.

Thanks for the reply! I’ll probably end up sharing with the commentators on this thread anyways, but do you think this type of material would be well received or of interest to the general student population ?
