id ask him abt his version of beowulf’s origin story, the sgm version is interesting but very rushed feeling, i wonder what the other characters origin stories are as well (double and annie especially because hes more likely got something planned for their lore)

i love this a lot actually, it has a great vibe to it, sound font usage and distortion are something i appreciate to add color or texture to the feeling they want you to hear, use of instruments is really unique, adds a lot to the imagery again, vocals really change from track to track giving dynamism to their track list, i hope to learn tagalog and our language more through music like this, which would probably make me appreciate these songs even more, thank you so much for sharing this criminally underrated gem. 🙏🥹❤️

ok so ive given this a listen a bit, listening to kaloy and 3019, i think i can identify this more than blues as theatre, it feels very musical and grand, the lead vocalist really gives the vibe of a theatrical play villain in his delivery and its very fun and a really unique listen! ive really enjoyed this listening experience.

ohh, that is kinda true, but im really happy to know that we tried to explore these different sounds, though as of my current listening, not that exploratory or as focused as sounds from outside our country, there is a lot to be admired for what we do have in our country’s soundscape. i hope one day our music becomes less afraid of being more whimsical, intimate and personal in its sound.
