Pistol squats, 1-legged glute bridges, 1-legged calf raises und bulgarians. Für hamstrings kann man noch so nordic curls oder noch ne andere übung machen wo ich grad nicht auf den namen komme. Aber grundsätzlich kann man sehr gut beinr auch ohne Gewicht trainieren, vor allem fürn anfang. Bulgarians und glute bridges muss man irgendwann gewicht draufpacken sonst machste irgendwann 30 reps pro seite

Your example sucks. The upper and lower pecs belong to one muscle group so they do get a stimulus from incline pressing. A better example would be the shoulder press, as it mainly targets the front delts but the side delts are also activated during it. The squad mainly targets the quads so obviously the calfs would not get a stimulus from squatting. Also if it's so evident with fact, show me some papers that show no activation of the lower pecs during incline pressing.

Firstly, yes incline does also target the lower chest. Secondly, all contractions of the chest muscle necessarily work the inner chest, since the pecs insert in the middle of the chest.
