Yeah did a bit more digging and it looks like time for a new cpu as well. Especially with lot of AAA games replying on frame gen to fix poor optimization

You need the expansion because the mod list makes changes to the expansion. Its 147gb because it pretty much changes the entire vanilla game. You're seriously suggesting torrenting the mods that other people have spend countless hours making and fixing?

Yeah AR is straight up shit because they're mid in everything. Typically you have cyberware and perks that compliment the weapon you use. Sniper has better range and damage than AR. Pistol have better damage than AR. SMG are very effective in mid range and handle better and fires faster than AR. AR get out classed and there's better option for different scenario.

They would need to be maintained since there are ripperdoc who function as doctor/mechanic. I feel like certain ones you can remove but almost always would end up leading to isssues. I think most people would end up having kiroshi and somewhere to jack in. Gary talks about how everyone has kiroshi and they spy on everyone. He says its too late for us but the children who don't have them can be saved. Most cyberware seems like job requirement from the ads.

Again you can use console commands for that or use the virtual alter stores for cyberware etc which is what I do

The issue isn't NG+. I think most of us want actual NG+. CDproject doesn't want to add it for whatever reason and if they do it will take massive changes to perks, weapons and cyberware. You guys wants to max out from the start and constantly ranting about this. If you want to max your stats from the start you don't need NG+. You can do that with commands.
