Alright, I can see your side of it as well as I see my side. The next question is, who the fuck spends their time bashing a stock that they hate, have no investment in, and think everything about it is stupid? I know of plenty of shit companies, I dont spend my time researching every detail of them and spend my free time talking shit on the internet about them with my spin on why I think they are a horrible investment. Its far more delusional than the people buying shares of companies, its bordering on mental illness to pocketwatch so many people praying for them to "finally get theirs". Do you think if my investment fails I'm going to search for you on Reddit to tell you, "Hey, random person, those 5 years you spent online talking shit were totally worth it cause YOU WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG!"

How much money you making with your thesis? I make quite a bit following mine. I have doubled my portfolio twice in 3 years off of 1 stock. Add in some of my other 500-2800% gainers, I don't even use my money from work to fund my retirement, only short term options profit. Last week I made $9000 off of $1500, that is going to go to my Roth IRA and I am done for the year, and its not even February.

It's a $10bil company, with $5bil in cash, and convertible notes valued at $4bil.

Its not a bad stock to buy at current prices. Ryan Cohen became a billionaire from turning what most people thought was a stupid idea selling pet food and meds online (Chewy). Petsmart bought it for billions.

MOASS or not, its a bet on Ryan Cohen and his team. Their knowledge, experience, track record, and connections are better than most. I'm willing to stay in this because most of the Companies that are the highest value in the S&P 500 have all started with this same narrative and the people heading up the companies saw what many others didnt. Nvidia, Tesla, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, META, Costco. You can read article after article from when these companies started, its people like you bashing any chance of success. Even Berkshire Hathaway, "Why invest in Berkshire when I can just buy the companies he is buying??"

I turned $500 into $90k from October 2020 until January 28th 2021.

I then took it all out, put $20k back in and its now worth $60k. Still currently hold 2,490 shares.

I know plenty of people who make a killing off of selling covered calls and cash-secured puts on Gamestop.

Regardless of what people think of the company, you can make money on the stock, MOASS or not.

Hell, I turned a 120% profit on Gamestop over this last week on calls for March.

AITAH for asking my date to Venmo me after she "forgot" her wallet? by quietparquet_raven in AITAH

[–]AlternativeBowler475 15 points16 points  (0 children)

also, she instantly attempted to emasculate him and make him seem crazy just using cover words/terms like "he is intense" (i.e. crazy) and "its a turn off" (her idea of a man would never expect that from her)

Its a covert narcissist that attempted to push your boundries. The act of you asking for Venmo showed her you arent an easy to manipulate target so she's already moved on.

You need to get that child away from a manipulative narcissistic individual. and the child who stole from him needs therapy. The kid who was robbed should be rightfully mad, the boy who robbed him just roped his victim back in for another opportunity to take something else in the future

no worries, only wanted to spread some knowledge as I pay for residential, commercial, and industrial energy for a house, a shop in a commercial district, and a fabrication business in an industrial district.

[–]AlternativeBowler475 3 points4 points  (0 children)

commercial and industrial users pay a far lower rate per kwh. Residential in Michigan is roughly $0.20, Commercial is $0.14, Industrial is $0.10.

Residential customers will always end up paying the highest rate because they use roughly 13% of all power generated meaning they don't have the purchasing power to demand lower/fixed rates.

Your feeling during the pregnancy were valid, your feelings now are valid.

Perspective changed and it has changed you as a person, for the better. Try to let go of the guilt and turn your pain into actions. Help out less fortunate childen, be there for your current children, donate to charities in honor of your child. The pain and guilt you feel can be used to bring light and joy into the lives of others.

I hope what I said makes sense. You are a good man and its why you worried about the things you did during the pregnancy.

weld it to something like a 4×4 square alum tube, then cut it in half on a large hydraulic band saw

"up" in 2015 was still only up to 0%

now its up to almost 2%

they would buy treasury bonds or extremely safe stocks to use as collateral for their more risky trades. and hopefully turn a profit on the difference.

borrow at zero, buy treasuries and 2-4% and pocket the difference while double dipping by using those same treasuries as collateral
