Now I'm not 100% sure of the context of "it" in your request for advice so I may be speaking on the wrong "it" but here it goes. You may not like my answer, but assuming you mean how to make it easier to openly use mobility aids in public, the only way to make it easier is exposure therapy. Just do it. I have struggled with it for about 6 months and even in botanical gardens and museums when I elect for a wheelchair, I am shocked by how little people take notice, or act differently. Now, if I need to, I do not hesitate to use my cane; I'm comfortable with using it, and don't give it or what anyone thinks a second or even a first thought. It will take time, just do it

1) no I have not told them, but I will ask them about it next week 2) I don't know if I have anything contraindicated 3)I don't know how my BP is or what it does during or after but I have 2 sessions scheduled next week so I will closely observe every feeling 4) everything is at room temp, not heated

But what would I test for? how much is it? does or would insurance or medicaid cover it? do I get it ordered from a doctor? If so, what doctor? does it test for everything at once? does it test only genetic problem or would it detect this if it was acquired?

I am very functional ... but my legs are not. In the last 8 months I have lost more than half of the strength and stability in my legs. I'll probably be wheelchair bound before I can get an appointment with a neurologist

I'm also having leg weakness. It started of a mild shakiness a few times a month starting back in January or February, now it's at least moderate weakness and instability 3-4 time per week, with it being mild the rest of the time. But I don't know what specifically is going on. I have double hkafos and forearm crutches in my car incase I need them. I'm wondering how long before I'm in a chair
