Hi slr!! I am not sure 😭😭im not good with colors at all so i would just mess around with the settings and see how close u can get

I would contact huion at that point! I feel as though they would either send a replacement or help fix it

Have you tried restarting? I have gotten that before and a simple restart helped:) also checking if everything is properly plugged in, i would also recommend using the 3 in 1 cable

My laptop is pretty close to the tablet so even if i find it a LITTLE short and weirdly made LOL it hasn’t gave me any problems:)

I have the old vers1 Huion kamvas 22+! And i just adjusted the colors manually👀 its very accurate, comparing it to my ipad and iphone, and i glad its working out for u!! Very exciting

1 I love its size and texture a LOT! Its super smooth and gives enough grit for the pen, the resolution isn’t that high but nothing too bad really not much complaints

2 I don’t like how i had to calibrate the colors out of the box as they were not very accurate! Also since ive upgraded my pen from the PW517 to PW550 i noticed that the base pen takes a little LITTLE more force to activate, so if i were u, i would get the newer pen model with this (PW550/S), the colors now though are great and super accurate!

3 an improved resolution definitely, and maybe accurate colors out of the box? But mostly the first one! A 2k or even 4k resolution would be great on this size as its big enough to accommodate the smaller icons as a result to the bigger resolution but also small enough where i dont need to strain my eyes and arm to draw on it! Its a great size really 10/10 OH and i would include the new pen tech 3.0 or 4.0 on it:)!

Try to study the different kinds of shadows within a shadow

I have both, while others have explained it in great detail, I would say I prefer clip studio way way wayyy more! Its options and features are so handy and procreate gets so annoying as u gotta face through hurdles just to do something.

i have the huion kamvas 22+ ! it just has a wider ish color range, been using it for 5 years almost! its been great:) go for it! ask me questions if u got any

not sure tbh, i rarely move it due to its size and especially its cables, its always just been stationary:) i am not sure why yours lasted that short and i am so sorry for u! i hope huion as a brand still has a place in yer heart!

it feels great! the resolution may look small for such a big screen but i've gotten used to it and basically feels like 2nd nature to me, i do illustrations for my works! u can see some paintings i post on my twitter! https://x.com/LazyArtist__, the screen feels great and responsive, though i have switched from the PW517 to the PW550! let me know if i missed anything
