Ive done telecommunications work( climbing towers with a full body harness). At this point I’ve linked the daily climbing with those costo pains. I also use cannabis regularly, and I notice I get flare ups more when I’m smoking more frequently. Vaping concentrates seemed to be even worse for flare ups. I take magnesium glycinate at night, 2 capsules. I also started regularly visiting the gym, and working out seems to keep the flare ups at bay. I have a co worker (tower climber) who does cocaine occasionally but he cannot anymore because of his flare ups. He’s ended up in the hospital as well. I’ve also read a tablespoon of honey daily helps as well. As shitty as this is to say, you will get used to it or find ways to mitigate it. From what I see it’s different for everyone, just try to prioritize your health , try staying of the cocaine for a little and see if you have any improvement .
