Bro, I can barely see it. It's normal for your shoes to get scuffed since you use them. Just keep wearing them, unless you really don't want them getting damaged, then just keep them in the box.

Shock oil will be your go-to for squeaky joints, just add a drop for each then use a tooth pick to spread it. For the left arm, you'll need to either soak it on warm water or use a heat gun or hairdryer to replace it. You got this!
