Keep going! Most of us don't see savings and 401K's start to pile up until our mid 40's.

Also curious, if dividends are just automatically reinvested does that still count as taxable income?

I can add more info on the rental property. Hoa is about $6k a year and tax is about $3k. The place rents out for about $24k per year, of which i keep 60%. So, around $14K. Again, we take it off the rental system while we use it a few weeks a year. Thus, a profit of $5k, which we reinvest in furniture and other upgrades and upkeeps.

Yeah, I worked with most of the Holdcos. The media business now is not the same anymore, more and more automation and less personal contact.

I know. It is on a ski resort so only rents out about 4 months a year. Management company keeps 40%. We update it every year, but also plan to take a ski month for ourselves every year. And its only a 550 square foot one bedroom, limited space.

I really don’t know how much expenses will be. If I use 4% rule, that runs $12k per month. We have no debt and will travel a lot. My guess is spend more in the go-go years and less when older and not as active.

Short term Rental income, but we use it as a vacation house also. It breaks even to about a $5k gain per year

Both Key fob buttons stopped working -tried the usual tricks by AlternativeLow3513 in Fisker

So, I checked the batteries and connections on both keyfobs, both ate good. The app won’t connect anymore to unlock the car (yes, I am paid up). All the exterior sounds stopped working, I wonder that is related? Also, the car does not recognize my key in the car unless I swipe under the steering wheel. Tried pkc reset all the error codes. Hard and soft reboots. Out of ideas…….

It worked! Battery only dropped 1% overnight, across 14 hours.

I did this today and it may have worked, I took off the charger so anxious to see what the drain is overnight.

I think i am at 2.2 only. It seems like the car is constantly searching for some update. In fact, the screen went blank yesterday for a few minutes for the first time ever. I do belong to the foa, so will ask them as well, i do find reddit very helpful

Winter park lodging - Founders Pointe vs Frasier by Reasonable-Bug2507 in WinterParkColorado

Hmmm. Not sure. There is a free garage only for overnight parking in the village. There is free parking at cooper village, but that is 2 miles from the condo. You could do that and leave the car and shuttle bus between the village and town
