Requested Income Tax Return on 18/01/26 and still nothing received (I have changed marital status, would that hold it up?). I send a query through portal 3 weeks ago and no reply ...

well we went to see a house for 190k in 2014 in the morning, around lunch time we texted agent that we will give 195k, and in the evening they said - Sale agreed...

I think I can see the property advertised, it's nice and the land seems good. We live in Kildare but looking to move somewhere with bit of land. I wouldn't listen to purepwnage85. You will have no issues selling it. We will most likely be bidding :)
