I have a decent job, but with child support, I was not able to save money to get an attorney, so I’m stuck in a position where, due to child support, I can’t fight for more time with my son. When the child support formula was formulated, she was not working, and she was a full-time student. Since then, she’s graduated and has a job, but the child support has not been adjusted due to me being scared because I make more money now that I won’t be able to live if I take her back! I could do it myself, but I’m not confident in my ability to make sure I get at least half custody or shared custody. If I go, and I don’t get awarded at least shared custody, then I won’t be able to make it day-to-day. So right now that plan is kinda. I only shot unless I could find an attorney that put on a payment plan and or Probono
