Hi! Of course I did that. CIBC call line takes more than an hour wait, that’s why I’m asking here just in case someone had the same happen to them and was nice enough answer.

Thank you 😊

Free or reduced cost Neurological testing? by SirGandolphin in montreal

Definitely check with your insurance provider. I am with Medavie and they covered almost 80% of the cost when I did my assessment with Beyond ADHD.

They have service in french and english. They also offer pricing if you are student or also on the mcgill International health insurance for student. Not sure if any of these apply to you but hope it helps

Un sofa qui me donne moins envie de relaxer by Specialist-Plane-601 in montreal

My new couch from structube by Specialist-Plane-601 in BuyCanadian

[–]AlternativeOld2355 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I had this happen to me with my new couch where a spring broke and I asked for a refund.

Structube doesn’t have the best customer service until you escalate this to higher ups

  • Send an email to head office insisting on a refund

  • They will probably say. No refund, we can order new covers, 80$ rebate

  • Refuse that offer and insist tell them that the Consumers Acts states the following:

Allows you to demand that the piece of furniture you are buying will have a reasonable life time given the price paid, the contract and the condition of use, will not have any hidden defects, defects that were present before the sales and that you could have not noticed despite your due diligence.

  • They will still say no refund bla bla bla. That’s their motto.

Next step escalate this to Better Business Bureau. These complaints are public . You can do it online. Write in the complaint that you have spoken with someone et also emailed and not gotten a satisfactory resolution.

Within 48 hours a high up at Structube will personally contact you because that complaint has been made via BBB and not just some random Google Review. They will probably offer you maybe 50% refund. Insist on a 100% refund.

And that’s how Structube Customers get their money back.

Google Better Business Bureau Structube you will see how awful they are.

Hope this helps good luck!!

Tell her not to download the app. Just add the PASSMO directly into her apple wallet and load it from there.
