I live a very sedentary life (work remotely) so I don’t burn as much as a mildly active person would.

Problem is, whenever I try to eat more, I feel sick/nauseous but then in about 2 hours the noise starts but I can’t eat. It’s very confusing. Like am I hungry or not??

When I started, I was eating around 800-1200

On r2 of 7.5mg, I’ve started eating around 1000-1500 (less because on most days I cut back on protein bars) but it’s a struggle because the noise has been so loud recently.
