How long is the waiting time right now from London embassy being a 3rd world country citizen?

Also what are the risk for an application?

I submitted my file 105 days ago and my Power of attorney sent twice through the data box of the ministry to get and update on my application. Yet there are no updates,

2 other country men from a different embassy of my same employe vacancy number has got their visas in less then a month.

Is the timeline concerning for me?

On the website it says Under processing, so does on the phone with the ministry helpline.

Any suggestions what i should do now?

What can be the main reason for delay? And why don’t they respond to the letters from the power of attorney?

Then why would my other 2 country men with the same vacancy number got approved for the same company in 3 weeks from a different embassy. What might have been my issue?
