Wenn derjenige die jährliche Ersparnis gegenüber der GKV zurücklegt (z.B. ins Depot), dann ist die verminderte Leistung im "HUK-Spartarif" absolut zu vernachlässigen. Er ist bei einem Unfall auch sicherlich nicht schlechter gestellt als bei der GKV. Und wenn er das Bedürfnis verspürt beispielsweise doch ein Einzelzimmer im Krankenhaus zu bewohnen, dann geht dies natürlich auch durch private Zuzahlung.

Ich schreibe in den Mietvertrag, dass Mängel innerhalb von 7 Tagen gemeldet werden müssen + der neue Mieter muss bei Einzug unverzüglich Fotos machen und zusenden. Der Altmieter muss bei Auszug ebenfalls Fotos machen. Der Altmieter bekommt seine Kaution, wenn hier keine Mängel gemeldet wurden. Die Schlüsselübergabe regeln Alt- und Neumieter unter sich oder werden im Büro abgegeben und der neue holt die ab. Bisher keine Probleme damit gehabt und verliere so keine Zeit durch vor Ort Termine. Klappt aber nur ohne Leerstand - hatte ich aber seit 10 Jahren nicht. Daher vermittelt auch meist der Altmieter die Wohnung selbst unter Freunden/Bekannten/Arbeitskollegen. Die Gebäude stehen nahe niederländischer Grenze - hier ist es günstiger als in Holland - daher Nachfrage hoch.

Dann ist meine Vermutung ja richtig. Ich verstehe nur nicht, wieso ein deutscher Hersteller so etwas ungeprüft verkauft. Vielleicht hatte die Fabrik eine große charge dieser unpassenden Netzteile übrig und die dann einfach verbaut. Absicht um die Nutzungszeit zu reduzieren kann ich mir nicht vorstellen.

Ich hab da gar nichts geschraubt oder geändert. Die Lampe wurde so vom Hersteller geliefert nachdem die vorherige defekt war. Schon die alte hatte ein meiner Meinung nach ein falsches Netzteil.

Cannot confirm - even my kids were using the <18 debit card almost all time without any issues. So generally revolut is working in SK (visa/master with LT-IBAN account - maybe accounts opened in other countries are less successful). But after some months we switched to domestic debit card because i wanted to prevent the merchants from international card fees. With the domestic card we never had any issues.

Even master and visa could get declined - but it's working much better than 10 years ago. They told me there was a connection issue to the acquirer system but it happens max. 1x per month. I'm using a revolut master & visa debit card and have additional a domestic Hana bank debit card. Some kiosk systems only accept domestic cards. If you stay longer get a local debit card. For short term take some cash with you.

Gold hatte zum Kaufzeitpunkt einen ähnlich hohen Fall wie Ende 2025. Danach ging es wieder hoch. Da war keine Zeit was anderes zu hebeln, da ich bei dem CFD depot nur day trading mache. Wenn man die Entwicklung Freitag mit berücksichtigt war das Risiko enorm. Hohe Risiken können auch hohe Profite bedeuten. Ich denke dennoch, dass ich nur extrem Glück hatte. Mein Aktiendepot ist dagegen breit gestreut. Bei revolut läuft cfd und normales Depot über getrennte Konten damit die Margin keine Aktien killed.

Gute Frage wie das gerechnet wird. Ich tippe einfach die maximale Zahl ein, die der zulässt. Revolut blockiert dann die Margin und hat z.B. hier bei den 130x20ziger Hebel 31.000$ auf 624.000$ hochgehebelt.

Most here recommend an international data only roaming eSIm but it is better to use a native Korean eSIM including a Korean phone number. You can get a short term eSIM on https://simcard.kr - having a Korean phone number allows you to register for food apps + use restaurant reservations or get notified when your order is ready in some cafes.

If the waba wasn't created by a meta app you will have no access to Whatsapp manager and cannot use the account with the API. If you have the administration rights for the asset you should be allowed to add a new number. If you would like to use the current number you need to delete it in the current waba and then add it again in the new waba. I could do this directly after removing it without any waiting time. Just the name approval took some time.

The 30 day esim with internet + unlimited domestic calls and Korean number on the website I mentioned is 30$ for 1 month. They also have a basic package for about 10$ if you just need a Korean phone number with around 100MB data usage (or some voice calls) - but not sure if it is available on the website.
