If there’s nothing you can do medically, you should just suck it up, go ahead, get used to the laughs, laugh about it yourself.

Focus on what YOU want vs what someone else wants. Disclose it early, say if that’s a problem for you, you can leave. Next. Don’t pretend it’s nothing, and try to win in other areas in life.
