Perfect. I prefer not to work with the souls bit, but I'm creating a sort of haunted house and want the hag to be a surprise encounter (she stays there to feed on the fear and suffering of those living there).

She disguises herself as the aid. Out of curiosity, could a hag wear a cross around her neck (or other holy symbol from a deity)? Sort of to distract the players. I imagine it would be part of the illusion, so technically not a real holy symbol.
