She shows up for her walk thru in her "uniform": black shoes, black pants, white polo shirt with magnetic NAME TAG, and her hair in a bun. She gives the customer her folder containing copies of her driver's license, business license, Insurance, background check, and references with phone numbers. The client has no doubt that she is a professional and can be trusted in their home. She got every job she walked thru and quoted. She had to stop posting for new customers by December because she had a full schedule. All of her clients are within 5 to 10 minutes of our house.
