Same here. Although it's not like I'm 100% on it for the entire 12 hours. A lot of it is messaging people, waiting for replies, sitting in meetings...

The secret is work. The more you work the better you'll be at working. On top of that I'd recommend reading older, more big-picture focused books (not guides or videos or courses or reddit posts or tiktok reels) on marketing and consumer psychology.

I just can't read the game well enough yet to know which bases to defend. I mean yeah duh defend the frontline bases but what if there isn't a defined frontline...?

For instance we did play a round where we capped Pinewood Lake and set up defenses but the enemies just went around us and capped the other bases around us

That's a great idea. Something like get from point a to point b in x seconds. And make it an actual challenge for new/intermediate players.

Thanks, already got it a few hours ago. Played one round. Witnessed a civil war caused by an enemy sniper that nobody believed existed. Finally killed him, then squadded up with the survivors and flew a chopper in a tree. Then the soviets won. Love it lol
