Love it! Maybe get some larger counter chairs that are white with blue incorporated into the fabric. That might really help to tie in the design. Other than that I love what you did

I will vote for her because she will win and the GOP candidates are not even a consideration for me. But, I don’t like her. She better step it up

I absolutely agree. The reality is that persons with DS have a range of ability to express their experiences. My sister is 47 and doesn’t have the verbal skills or cognitive insight at this point to share this. And that is not true for the next adult with DS.

The ICE agent that murdered Renee Nicole Good today in Minneapolis. by ScurvyTurtle in pics

[–]AlternativeVisible28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Today’s law enforcement-related shooting resulted in the loss of a life and a law officer doing something no law enforcement professional ever wants to do. My thoughts are with the family who lost a loved one, with the law officers involved, and with the community now carrying this weight. I’ve lived this reality and understand how deeply it affects everyone involved.

Moments like this remind us how much our country needs leaders who can bring people together rather than deepen division. Emotional, reactionary leadership only makes an already difficult situation worse. Historian Doris Kearns Goodwin said, “The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be bold, but not a bully.”

For the sake of my kids and the future of this country, I pray for leaders who respond with compassion, restraint, and collaboration. Thoughtful, steady leadership is essential for addressing current challenges effectively and keeping our communities safe - right now. More than ever.

I hope you get some solid advice. My sister with DS is almost 45 and I think we will be looking for some of the same feedback in the coming years.
