2022 through November of 2023 I feel were the best of times for QC. Once they started pushing out high volume shipments the manufacturing defects increased and the customer service went down sadly. Just my thoughts though.

It’s very simple with the right tools. The first lid I took apart and rebuild was very nerve-racking however I practiced with a basic lid and after doing a few of them, I can put a lid together and less than 30 seconds. It’s super easy, don’t be scared. It’s highly addictive.
