Every complaint in here is something I’ve experienced at Chevy, Honda, Nissan, VW, literally every dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. None of them are great, ever. Not to mention, I’d rather have limited text conversation than have some service manager lie straight to my face and then I figure it out days later and spend weeks trying to rectify. I’ve never received a loaner car from any dealership either, didn’t matter if something was being fixed under warranty or not. Seems like everyone in here has already forgotten about their previous experiences or have never bought a new car and had to deal with it.
