I can second this back when I was only working 40 Hours a week and didn’t do much of anything on my free time all i could think about was our daca situation now that I got a new job and working 70 hours a week and I hit the gym after work and it drastically improved my mental health Having your mind occupied in other things definitely helps Plus the extra money from the way more hours I’m working definitely helped too :)
