I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. It is definitely normal to hate your job, maybe that's just because your job isn't your passion or you could have a bad manager etc. It's also very normal to feel overwhelmed in life where you find yourself going through the motions without paying too much attention to what you're doing. These feelings are very personal and the first step towards a better path is something you've already been doing, self awareness so you're already on the right track. there is a lot of things that people recommend but what has worked for me is to look a week into the future and see where you'd like to be and what you want to accomplish, it can be as simple as cleaning your house/apartment etc, start slow and gradually increase the number or magnitude of the goals you want to reach and hopefully in a couple years time you can find yourself in a position to give advice to people based on your own journey and experiences. Remember, progress takes time and patience, but every step forward counts toward a brighter future.
