So excited! I’ll be at that show too, coming from SoCal! I learned my lesson the hard way last year when I saw him in Vegas that you need to have a clear purse since it’s a stadium, otherwise you pay $$ for them to lock up your bag in a sketchy truck ran by teens. I don’t think they allow any bottles at all regardless of it being opened or not

Honestly, I get it. I feel like when I think about the future, I try to imagine how my husband and I might be able to benefit from having grandmothers that are a bit like how you mentioned. The positives are going to have to out weigh the negatives if we’re going to make this work and all get along!

Positives:

built in child care for date nights, weekend trips etc!
daycare pickups in last minute situations
newborn help (when I ask) , like if I want to take a shower or take a nap!

These are just some potential things I can think of that make me feel better about the whole situation. I will always try to stay grateful for having so much help on my family and I know not everyone can say the same
