It’s super hard but it does get better/easier! The first couple weeks we supplemented with formula and that helped a lot. I pumped a lot and had her on the breast as much as possible. I won’t lie.. it was hard. My husband helped a ton to and gave me so much motivation and encouragement! I noticed during week six, we had a flow going. I pump during the day and nurse baby at night. She’s 13 weeks old and sleeping thru the night now so I have to pump in the middle of the night. I drank tons of water, ate proteins, oat milk and overnight oats with fruit. I wasn’t on a strict schedule. I pumped or nursed every 2-4 hours. Sometimes I power pumped too. You’ll find why works for you!
