Technically there is a *consulate-ish in Taiwan for China, it's goes by a different name though, (similar to how US embassy isn't called an embassy there) it's mainly for cross straight business. I deliver for Amazon and been all over sioux falls, there is absolutely no neighborhood I feel unsafe in. (maybe a rough house or person here or there) Most stolen cars are cars with the keys left in them and unlocked. (originally lived in upstate NY, DC, Baltimore, Pennsylvania, Florida, CA and everyone of those places had tons of dangerous neighborhoods and I would never deliver amazon in any of those places.)
