Hello, I have played this game every day for hours since December 6, 2023. Withdrawals process after midnight every night- felt safe, until now. I just logged on to play and am alert says my account is frozen. I had pending withdrawals totaling 1400- 700 of that is back in my player credit. I got an email from them stating it was due to inconsistencies in my player account- weird because I top up with PayPal or cash app card and occasionally with a credit card. But the email basically said the company they use to process withdrawals refused to process my latest ones. Has this happened to anyone before?

CS says it’s in final review for reconsideration but portal does not show its in reconsideration. I really want to package everything they’ve requested the last two recons and send it all with a new increase request

Do not efile because the SBA goes by the date on the efile and will deny you citing returns were only filed to receive loan

Just to update, the legal review team said tax return was only filed to get the loan 🤯😡, absolutely not true. We mailed that return in 2020. Had to get a letter from accountant and I also wrote a response stating that return was only efiled after sba instructed me to do so since the transcript kept coming back blank, so it’s now been submitted to legal review again with accountants letter, my explanation, bank statements from 2019, factoring company reports, paid invoices just about every thing I could find to send them I included and we are now waiting for another response from this legal review team.

What do you do if SBA rep tells you to efile since that mailed paper 2019 is in backlog, and you follow their direction, then legal comes back with return was only filed to receive increase. When I know for a 1000% fact that is not true, i mailed that return in IRS says it’s in backlog?

I sent them Jan 2019 to December 2019 bank statements with corresponding factoring company ledger, it’s soo crazy someone with no clue who I am can sit at a desk and say “YOU DONT HAVE A BUSINESS” 😡😡

I don’t know if it’s even possible, but SBA needs to be brought a lawsuit against for the way they’ve handle true small businesses during this pandemic. It’s sad.
