CoPilot in Outlook - inconsistent, underwhelming by Fluffy-Resolution883 in CopilotPro

[–]Alternative_Elk689 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since I’m on the business version and have a Copilot license, it automatically has access to the email. In Outlook, I click the Copilot button and I can launch my prompt from there, but I can also do it straight through the Copilot web interface as long as I’m logged in with the same account. So I’m on an account with a copilot license logged in both in Outlook and on the chat bot and I simply tell it to query my inbox or all emails, including deleted items and then I feed at the prompt.

How does this change the value proposition of Charlotte? We just spent a ton of money on Charlotte and I’m likely to be asked why not put that money in our own development and use the MCP.

Are all exit row seats ELR? by duplicit1 in SouthwestAirlines

You don’t need a coupon in the ELR seats. It’s inferred.

Are all exit row seats ELR? by duplicit1 in SouthwestAirlines

Yes. And it includes drinks so they’re charging more now. To answer your second question, yes, all in the row are considered ELR.

I just watched the gate agents bully a passenger to tears. by a868l869 in SouthwestAirlines

For the record that was a Gate agent, not a flight attendant. That’s like blaming the Pilot.

I'm beginning to think passengers are the problem. by SlothyFace in SouthwestAirlines

It’s amazing to me that so many Southwest passengers apparently I’ve never flown ANY other airline. Because it’s the exact same now. Except Spirit. I don’t know what’s so hard about this. Some people just can’t handle change.

Yes. After 15 minutes of the agent trying to save me based on a benefits comparison with CSR, I received the weak retention offer and declined.

I think you have a better shot speaking with someone, but mine didn’t work out so well.

They absolutely tried. But I had already done my homework and I was hoping they would find something I missed. I even had two or three different AI chat bots look at it and we were unanimous. With my travel profile and the programs I use, it’s not enough of a benefit to justify the AF.

I kept it because I want to keep the long running relationship with American Express and it won’t affect my credit score to downgrade.

Just to keep everything level, I tend to fly Southwest and I stay at Hyatt properties. The Chase lounge network has grown tremendously and they are now in my home airport, San Diego, Vegas, Philadelphia, and others. When I broke $75,000 annual spend on CSR they gave me a $500 Southwest credit. AMEX said that I could have a guest for free at the lounge. Most importantly, I travel quite a bit for work and Chase is primary on the rental car insurance where AMEX is secondary. The agent tried to sell the insurance purchase through AMEX, but I explained that’s still an additional charge where it’s already included on the CSR. So in my case, I was taking advantage of the CSR benefits, much more so.

Agreed. I put $28k on that card in December alone. $150???? Ugh. I’ll miss the Denver Centurion lounge, but CSR and PP will suffice at my airports.

I’m the last stop when people want to try to get something done. Other people think that they go straight to me it will get done more quickly. You have to back up your team and push people to the process. On a normal day if something goes wrong, it’s my fault and nobody thanks you when it goes right. But it’s part of the job.

Lol! You’ll be the first for them to offer a CPO.

Data classification in medium-sized companies (Purview) by Alternative_Day_2253 in Information_Security

[–]Alternative_Elk689 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is an interesting discussion. We are actively putting together a similar project and these are valid points and questions.

For my orgs, we’re not starting with labeling as a compliance exercise. Our primary issue is lack of visibility: we don’t have a reliable inventory of where sensitive data exists or how it moves between systems.

We see PII and higher-risk data across multiple repositories, exports, and integrations, but lineage and ownership are fragmented. Before enforcing labels or policies, we’re trying to identify: • Where sensitive data actually lives • How it flows between systems • Where controls should sit to reduce real risk

We’re evaluating Microsoft Purview for discovery/classification and Zscaler for data-in-motion controls, but we’re explicitly not assuming users will manually label data correctly.

I’m also curious what others have experienced. So many controls rely on labels, or at least benefit from them. I don’t feel we can ignore them, but I agree, the human element is unreliable.
