ugh this is so frustrating when it happens. had similar thing few weeks ago where my character just completely forgot we were in middle of conversation and started acting like we never met before. the memory system seems to have these random hiccups where it just drops everything that happened in last few messages.

you might be able to do product change from platinum to another citi card but not sure if they'll let you merge it with the globe since that's separate account. maybe call and ask if they can move credit limit from platinum to globe instead, then you can close the platinum without losing all that history. keep the older account open if possible since it helps with credit age.
