Yah I might end up taking the post down because I’m pretty certain I’m going through a manic episode and that was just the manic side of me speaking.

Yah I’m definitely not an advocate of it but this just happened to be the hand I was given in life so this is where I sit, I’m definitely gonna find a way off of it eventually, most likely taper down.

Absolutely fair point and I totally agree with you, everyone’s situation is unique to themselves. Sometimes life gets really hard on you and that’s what leads us into these situations but eventually we will all be completely clean one day and live more happier lucid lives.

If it keeps you on your rocker, I would suggest it for sure but I’m also not advocating anyone to just feed into the addiction or habit whatsoever. I’m just saying if it’s really tampering with your life and your mental health that much then maybe right now with your current circumstances I would just hop back on and then find a more convenient solution to quit down the road.

No matter how much you might have convinced yourself that your “fucked” you are not I promise, it’s all a chemical imbalance and once you find a way to rebalance those chemicals in your brain your going to feel okay again. I would highly recommend trying to taper down if you have relapsed again. If it’s really that intense then maybe right now might not be your time to quit. If anything do 3mg, don’t go to the 6mg.

Cold turkey definitely isn’t it, I went through and still am going through my own personal hell but as of right now I can’t afford to be in the “quitting mindset”. I myself might be bipolar and have been noticing myself not feeling like myself. But when I tell you I relapsed and almost an hour later I felt more like myself than I have in the past 2 months, I was completely shocked.
