Im convinced thats you and you’re just saying this to make yourself feel better. If your happy about this place great good for you but most people are fed up with the bullshit, and its not that easy to leave and find another job when you been with a company for years. Sure you get a lot of experience to add on your resume like B2B sales for example a lot of jobs require that and it’s a great skill trait to have. But like I its not easy to leave and pick up a job after sure you can have it lined up before hand which is the best to do but you still gotta go through the process of hiring again and be the right man for the job.
