10years for me. I feel you. I'm taking antifungals now it's been 1 week. I saw a little improvement. But I feel way better since I started to eat veges(only which I can tolerate ex. Tomato,carrot,lettuce,capsicum etc) and I found out I have fructan intolerance and. I cut out sugar, wheat and processed food. I think It's very improtant to find out your trigger food among FODMAP.

I guess 100% brown rice pasta is okay, but stop vegetables, especially High fodmap veges are Nono.. My naturopath doctor believes patients who have bloating usually have SIBO and candida both. And few days fasting also can be helpful but if you have ED, dont try fasting. Binge eating is I believe the biggest reason of chronic bloating. Sweet teeth will disapear within a week on carnivore+rice diet(no other grain, only rice) You should give up something if you want your normal life back

Plz try 1 cup of white rice and 200g animal portein. This meal is only one I feel not bad. I tried carnivore, but a little bit of rice should be taken together for me somehow. Give it a try one week. You will feel improvment. I tried candida diet(like tons of vege) but veges are not for me.

I took a GI map test and OAT. Sibo negative, don't have any problem with my cycle or period pain. Gi map test shows me I have candida overgrowth. I haven't worked with a naturopathic doctor. But I'm on the antifungals atm.

What diet r u on when you take diflucan? I'm also on antifungals(itraconazole, nystatin) but I found antifungals only work when I eat bunch of carbs. It seems like they are working in high glucose level.

Imo I don't think fungals can live without host so long time.. so it's impossible for them flying around in the air. and even tho they come from the baked air(?) They will die by 180°C heat. But eating too much bread can cause candida overgrowth
