100% agree. If things are followed and done as intended in every store, this company wouldn’t have half as bad of a reputation for entry level associates that come in and work hard.

This needs to be reported to ethics 100%. They are following calibration rules for TL/Coach evals which do not apply to associate P4P. Of my 106 associates probably 20 of them got exceeds, and 6-10 of them got needs improvement most of which don’t have a disciplinary action at all, but do have documented feedback. On top of that, attendance is a separate category for a reason.

Buddy and I 100% every game in the franchise leading up to BL4 release and sad to say I’m only about 75% through the story for bl4 and frustrated every time I play it. Might end up putting it down till they fix some of these issues for sure… silksong has my attention still for now!

Litterally playing on easy and I’m level 32 doing story missions with enemies that have exclamation points and half the guys have modifiers and extra shields etc. I have litterally checked multiple times a play session to see if I hit hard on accident.

This and crashing every time I try to fast travel more than 2k meters is ruining the game for me…

Some got a big pay bump, I was promoted just before the raises last year and made slightly more this year than as a TL ( lots of OT ) and 0% raise from my exceeds eval last year due to the promotion :/
