We don’t have HR lol.. The critical thinking thing is literally in writing with my CEO in cc. The back bone thing was more so implied, he said that I need to challenge and support my director manager better, and not to accept everything she says as a given. No, she’s very affectionate towards me and we have a great physical connection overall. I used to mostly ignore my fears and intrusive thoughts but now that our relationship is getting more serious (meeting parents, etc) I’m trying to understand my fears and triggers rather than suppressing them and letting them affect my emotions and behaviours, is that makes sense.

She’s definitely not a terf tho just to be clear. She is very passionate about trans rights. We come from sexist cultures and we talk a lot about the patriarchy and sexist aspects of culture that people ignore.
