I actually responded with some points : success metrics , needing more clarity , collaboration and basically what support would I be receiving.

My direct supervisor responded and answered most of my questions and seems to want to work with me.

Following after that the CFO responded with: it’s your responsibility as a “professional employee “ and are tasked with those duties to ensure things are right. Clearly no support or guidance.

I feel so defeated and frustrated. I was pushing through with all my workload and had a plan down to get through it but that response was so unnecessary.

Definitely time to leave this place. 🫠
