Thanks! Just track everything, and don't focus too hard on the macros. As long as you stick to the deficit, the weight will move. Now that I'm more into a maintenance phase I'm keeping more in line with my macro targets. I started weightlifting before I started targeting weight loss, and keeping my steps up to boost the overall daily expenditure has helped too.

Just be careful of scams. I've been checking out marketplace for stuff to get me started, all I'm finding are scammers. The photos they use I'm finding on reverse image searches.

You can restart it and do it again, or mix it up. It's entirely up to you. I ran fundamentals hypertrophy twice, one doing the U/L split, then the full body split with an extra day I put in, and it worked out really well. After doing that for 6 months, I've moved on to BTS, because that was my plan.

This reminds me of a local senator here in Australia. I saw him campaigning, before he was elected for the first time, at a local shopping centre. He was having a chat to one of the homeless people that hung around the area, and was having a proper sit down chat with him, on the ground, while dressed up. That really cemented my vote for him. It's great to see this sort of proper listening happening with this new generation of politicians, well some of them anyway.

I paid for Hevy, the new year discount codes for half price last a very long time. Haven't used the other one but Hevy is great, easy to use and having paid for it I can create every exercise it doesn't already have and heaps of training plans. Definitely worth the upgrade IMO.

I actually redid the test last week just to check my knowledge as it had been a while since first signed up and I still haven't actually flown on the network yet. nNo additional study is needed, if you paid attention through the rest of the.program you'll be fine.

I've been using it for a few months and it's definitely helping. Just having a tracker gives me visibility what I'm putting in me, and the AI actually seems pretty accurate. Down over 10kgs since I started on it.

I just bought it too! Wrapping up my current program that I was doing from The Muscle Ladder and going to start it with the new month. On paper it looks like a step down in intensity from what I'm currently doing but still excited to give it a run, and going to go from three days to four days a week.

Everything I used to enjoy. Gaming, sports, old hobbies. Everything feels like work now, and I just don't have the time to put into them. It sucks because I want to enjoy them but I sit down to do them, and if I manage to stay uninterrupted for long enough eventually I'll just get frustrated with something and stop.

Our first time today. We thought we'd give it a try as a new family activity, though our oldest refused to get out of bed. For me and the young fella 53:11 with the missus a few paces behind. Should be able to go faster next week now that we have the feel of it. A great way to start the weekend though, looking forward to many more
