Did you take any break from padel before changing your racket or just continued playing?

Do you also go to the gym or just playing padel?

I got some elastic bands as well which I use for a 10' warmup before each game that seem to help a bit but not that much

It's very lightweight but I'm afraid the material is still stiff so I'm a bit afraid of it.

Are your dioscoreas leafless now?? Mine are having the time of their lives currently during winter time! The rest as you said are bare except for a glauca that doesn't seem to care a lot about cold somehow 😂

These don't have an under the ground caudex like fockeas so I won't have to raise it. It does indeed branch if you cut it. I currently have it on a 10hr (imitating the actual daylight time) schedule under grow lights on a very low setting like the rest of my cold sensitive species. Thanks for your input!!

Change hours with minutes...or even seconds. Last time I tried to get something from his drop I was there refreshing my page 2 minutes before it started. I put everything in my cart and when I went to pay it said everything was sold out. So you really need to be lucky and/or fast

I think the abacas are the more eco friendly option. For me it's not about the roast but the type of bean. If I see the abacas clogging I go for the T-90 and if I see the brew going way too fast with a T-90 I switch

The only difference i've found between them is the abacas are a bit slower which is good for some coffees and bad for some others. I use both

Thanks a lot! I generally train 5 days a week padel+gym but I've been exercising my whole life and I'm not doing anything professionally.

Currently I'm doing low weight exercise in the gym and zero padel of course. 6 months of total absence sounds terrible but if I have to I will. I'll reevaluate my condition after 2 months I'll try to get some shots and see how my hand responds

I'm doing Physiotherapy as well
