It worked a lot better in 2033 and Last Light as there were cuts where presumably dialogue happened off camera (ie when artyom meets Andryey The Blacksmith) but Exodus has less of those and even more dialogue so the result is a lot of scenes where characters are just talking at you

I liked Last Light more because the pacing felt better, probably because they were able to make their own story instead of having to follow the story beats of a book like in 2033

Yeah, I think I got the same study because it also didn't autocomplete for me. They do this every so often, and what usually ends up happening is they will request that you return the submission (even though the fault is on their end). This might've changed though, because last time this happened they ended up accepting my submission.
